Do you offer free upgrade?
We offer free in version upgrades... meaning if you were to purchase aspWebCalendar 3.0 you would receive any updates in the 3.x range free. We then offer current customers a discounted upgrade cost to move to the next major version.

Will your scripts work with ChilSoft ASP?
We do not do any testing with ChilSoft on Unix based servers. All of our products require a Windows based server to operate correctly.

Do you provide telephone based support?
Currently NO, many of our customers are from overseas, and as we are a US based company it is very difficult to provide all of our customers with telephone support. We have a support ticket system that is used for our current customers to submit support tickets to our staff.

Do I get full access to the source code?
YES, all of our products are simply .asp scripts and you have full access to make any modifications you need to. Our scripts are however still bound by our license agreement.

Why don't you offer downloadable trial versions of your products?
Since our products are just .asp scripts it is very difficult to limit the functionality of the script, any changes we could make to the code could easily be undone.
